Dirty and unprofessional. Most employees are careless of their surroundings or how they address the public... Probably because they're used to dealing with unruly transients etc... But that doesn't give them the right to treat all citizens-transient or not, like unruly and unlawful citizens. I find that not many places located in the plaza, even greet you with a smile or upbeat attitude... Everyone seems ungrateful of their job and the location.

Its a good place because you can go to a few good stores without have to drive all over town when you can go to 1 shopping area and go to at least 3 to 5 shops
